Refund Policy
Subscriptions (Reel+ & Legacy)
- Monthly plans: cancel anytime; access continues until period end. No partial-month refunds unless required by law.
- Annual plans: 14-day money-back guarantee from first purchase if you have generated fewer than 3 reels.
- Cancel via Settings → Billing Portal or email support@reelym.com.
One-time purchases
- Reel Pack ($4.99): refundable within 7 days if unused (no reel generated with the credit).
- Print Book ($99–149): refundable before print production begins; custom orders may not be refundable once submitted to fulfillment.
- Legacy Concierge ($499): 50% refund if cancelled before work begins; no refund after delivery of concierge service.
How to request a refund
Email support@reelym.com with your account email and order date. We respond within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve most issues quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
