Your Data Rights
Access & portability
Export all your data as JSON from the app: Settings → Export Data, or GET /api/auth/export when logged in.
Deletion
Delete your account from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. We delete your profile, memories, and uploads within 30 days. Some billing records may be retained for legal obligations.
Correction
Update profile info in Settings. Edit or delete individual memories in Archive.
Objection & restriction
Disable AI analysis in Settings → Privacy. Opt out of marketing emails in Settings → Notifications.
EU/UK residents (GDPR)
Legal bases: contract (service delivery), consent (AI/marketing), legitimate interest (security). You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Data Protection contact: support@reelym.com.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not sell personal information. You have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information. Authorized agents may submit requests to support@reelym.com.
Response time
We respond to verified requests within 30 days (45 days if complex).
